Can you guide on investing Rs 30 Lakhs

Retired 72 years. Please guide investment to get good monthly income can invest 30 lakhs?

Investment in any asset class including mutual funds should be made based on your risk taking ability and the investment horizon. You have written that you want to invest Rs 30 Lakhs but what you have not mentioned is the risk that you can take with your investments and the time frame of this investment.
